Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives

The primary objective of the Department of Diversity & Inclusion is to drive the vision, strategy, and implementation of our diversity initiatives, to partner with our leadership and management teams, and to collaborate across department lines and business units.

By implementing programs such as diversity training, employee resource groups, mentorship programs, and work/life initiatives, we are raising awareness and sensitivity throughout our organization and promoting an inclusive work environment where employees are valued, respected, empowered, and supported.

To further supplement and drive our diversity & inclusion initiatives, a Diversity Council comprised of a cross section of individuals from different business units from across the organization has been established.  The purpose of the Diversity Council is to evaluate strategy and initiatives and to recommend comprehensive feedback.  The council meets quarterly to review progress and to recommend future action steps.  Steve Roznowski, Senior VP of Human Resources for Wolseley North America serves as the council’s executive sponsor.
